Credit Card Authorization
To secure your booking and ensure smooth, uninterrupted service, all clients are required to complete a Credit Card Authorization Form. This form allows Simply Pristine Ops to securely store and charge your credit card for services, deposits, or applicable fees as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Your information is safely processed through our encrypted system via Housecall Pro, and no charges will be made without prior notice unless previously agreed.

Credit Card Authorization Agreement
I authorize Simply Pristine Ops to charge my credit card for cleaning services rendered, including but not limited to: scheduled cleanings, the required 50% deposit to confirm service, late cancellations, rescheduling fees, no-shows, and any damage-related costs, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
I understand that my credit card information will be securely stored and processed through Housecall Pro, Simply Pristine Ops’s encrypted third-party billing platform. My card may be charged on or after the scheduled service date. I acknowledge that this authorization will remain in effect until I provide written notice of cancellation.
