Terms & Condition

Please review the terms for using our site and services. From scheduling to payments and rescheduling, here’s what to know before booking.

By using this website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Services Offered

Simply Pristine Cleaning provides residential, vacation rental, move-in/move-out, and commercial cleaning services.

2. Estimate

Cost estimates are based on the information provided during booking. Final pricing may change based on the property’s actual condition. Any adjustments will be communicated and require your approval before services begin.

3. Deposit 

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final invoice. Deposits are non-refundable once the service is performed. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Scheduling & Access

Clients must provide accurate addresses and clear instructions for entry. If access is not granted at the scheduled time and we cannot reach you, a $50 no-access fee will apply. You authorize our team to access the property at the scheduled date and time.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $75 fee charged to the card on file.

6. Review & Walkthrough

We recommend doing a walkthrough immediately upon service completion. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours. Reports made after 48 hours may not be honored due to potential changes in property conditions.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to deliver a Simply Pristine experience. If we miss a spot or something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll gladly return to correct it at no additional charge.

8. Payment Policy

All payments must be made directly to our office. Do not pay cleaners directly. We accept credit/debit cards, online payments, and checks (mail or drop-off).

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be charged after services are completed. A valid credit card is required and may be charged on or after the service date. Late payments are subject to a $75 late fee.

By booking with Simply Pristine Cleaning, you authorize us to securely store your credit card information through Housecall Pro, our encrypted third-party billing platform, for current and future services. This includes charges for scheduled cleanings, late cancellations, rescheduling fees, or damages as outlined in these Terms & Conditions. No charges will be made without prior notice unless previously agreed upon.

All clients are required to sign a separate Credit Card Authorization Form prior to service. Failure to complete this form may result in cancellation of your booking.

9. Utilities

Water and electricity must be active at the time of service. If utilities are unavailable, a $100 disruption fee will be applied.

10. Scope of Work

Services will be performed according to the agreed-upon checklist or package. Any additional requests must be approved in advance. Cleaners will not perform tasks that jeopardize or compromise their health or safety.

11. Additional Fees

Heavy-duty or post-construction cleaning may incur additional charges. You will be notified and asked to approve any changes before the service continues.

12. Photo Documentation

We may take photos to document the property’s condition or clarify service results. These images will be used internally and are not shared publicly without consent.

13. Property Damage

While we take the utmost care in your home, you agree to hold Simply Pristine Cleaning harmless for accidental damage unless caused by proven negligence. Please secure fragile or valuable items prior to service.

14. Pets & Safety

We love pets! However, for their comfort and our team's safety, please ensure they are secured during cleaning. Inform us in advance if pets are present on-site.

15. Weapons, Substances & Hazards

All weapons, illegal substances, and known hazards must be secured or removed from the premises. Unsafe environments may result in service cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.

16. Insurance

Simply Pristine Cleaning is fully insured for your peace of mind and protection.

17. ModifIcations

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please refer to our website for the most current version.

18. Bank Disputes

Please contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns. Unjustified chargebacks will incur a 25% fee and may impact your credit or result in collection efforts.

19. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed once a service has been completed. If you are dissatisfied, please provide photo evidence and a written explanation within 24 hours. We review all refund requests within 7 business days.

20. Non-Payment

Failure to pay for services rendered may result in legal action, debt collection, or liens where applicable. Theft of service will be pursued as necessary.

21. Move-Out Cleanings

We do not guarantee the return of any rental deposits. Move-out cleanings are completed to the agreed scope and condition at the time of service.

22. Opt-in for SMS

By completing the form on our Contact Us webpage at https://www.simplypristineops.com/contact-us, and checking the opt-in box, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Simply Pristine Ops LLC (DBA for Simply Pristine Cleaning) at (904) 605-0247.

 

Message types include appointment confirmations, service reminders, schedule updates, important service notifications related to customers’ bookings and service requests, customer support communications, answering customer questions, account notifications, and occasional promotions.
